To ensure full reimbursement or an exchange, upon receiving your order, you have 14 days where you can decide to withdraw by email or regular mail accessing your client account.
From this date of withdrawal, you have a second period of 14 days to return jewel(s) delivered(s) in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manual .. .), accompanied by the carefully returned return slip (with the jewel or the desired size), a copy of the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. An exchange can be made only by post for purchases made online and only if the piece of jewellry presents any signs that it has been used. The return policy is NOT available for Unique pieces or High Jewellry Pieces.
